• Swimming pool open during the whole period.

• Arrival and departure Saturdays only:

  • Arrival from 5pm

  • Departure before 10am

• 7 days minimum (Saturday to Saturday).

• No smoking

• No pets

Prices

Payment

• 50% to be paid on booking.

• The remaining 50% to be paid 1 month before arrival.

• Cancellation:

  • Before 1 month prior to arrival: full (100%) of the deposit reimbursed.

  • After this date: 100% of the total invoice is due.

Not included:

• Mandatory cleaning charge 250€ and local tourist tax/ tassa di soggiorno 2€/ person/night to be paid in cash on site.

• Security deposit 500€ to be paid in cash on arrival.
