Elegantly renovated in 2019, this traditional Tuscan home is now ready to welcome up to 9 guests. The private outdoor space, situated in its own orchard of 125 olive trees, leads from the flower-filled courtyard and the original barn (finile) to the 12.5m long swimming pool and sun terraces which embrace the stunning panorama of the valley. These vistas are only rivalled by those from the first floor (32m² ) terrace (a full list of the facilities is given here).

In the stunning Tuscan countryside on the edge of the village of Lucolena, Il Madonnino is the perfect venue for a holiday with family and/or friends. It is strategically located between the magnificent cities of Florence (44km) and Siena (52km), and close to the charming town of Greve in Chianti (12km).
Inside
The accommodation is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor rooms are organised around a welcoming, spacious entrance. These facilities include a comfortable living room with an imposing fireplace, a peaceful study/ library equipped with satellite television and WiFi, 3 flexible double bedrooms (which can be either set up with twin beds or with a king size double), 2 bathrooms with double sinks and a fully equipped laundry room housing a commercial sized ice cube machine. The wide-arched staircase to the first floor landing, with its unique chandelier, leads to the generous family kitchen with all modern amenities, a separate dining room, a forth double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with double sinks. The bright kitchen and dining room benefit from the sunbathed, furnished terrace (32m²) which has views that never cease to delight.

Outside
The private garden offers numerous possibilities for lounging, dining and recreation. The courtyard flower garden, with an original fountain created from an ancient water trough, is seated between the main house and the barn, with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and shaded dining terrace. The splendid 12.5m long swimming pool and sun terraces with sun loungers and seating areas complete this exceptional outside space, perfect for soaking up the sun and admiring the beauty of the surrounding countryside.
